STNGR USA products are warranted to the original purchaser against any defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. STNGR USA has sole discretion to determine manufacturer's defects. The Swarm Warranty policy does not cover loss or theft. Cosmetic damage or changes that leave the product still in a functional condition, damage from improper use or intentional damages are also not covered by the warranty and will not be accepted.
Items that have been painted, modified or in any way altered from the original condition are not covered by the Swarm Warranty. Items must be in new condition with packaging. Any return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards & Shipping Costs associated with the order.
Lenses are fully covered by a 1 year scratch warranty. If you scratch or damage your lenses within 1 year of purchasing, we will send you up to 1 pair of replacement lenses. This warranty only applies to the original purchase and not subsequent replacements. You also qualify for 20% off replacement lenses for life. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to show on your statement and processing speed is dependent on your bank.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
