Items that have been painted, modified, or in any way altered from the original condition are not eligible for a return. Returned items that have been damaged in return transit due to failure to follow the return instructions (*see below) will be refused. After 60 days, returns are no longer accepted. Non-returnable items include gift cards & shipping costs associated with the order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to show on your statement as processing speed is dependent on your bank. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If your return was marked as "refunded" but the refund has not posted on your statement after 3-5 business days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.
*Return Instructions: Once your return or exchange request has been approved and you have received the prepaid return label, pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and attach the shipping label to the box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer. Please ensure that all returned items are safely secured and will not be damaged during return transit. Items damaged during return transit due to improper shipment and failure to follow these return instructions will be refused. FOR HANDGUARD RETURNS: Take care to wrap all accessories in protective padding and separate the accessories from the handguard. If not secured, the metal accessories tend to move around during shipment and damage the handguard. Handguard returns that arrive damaged due to failure to secure accessories will be refused.

STNGR USA products are warranted to the *original purchaser against any defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. STNGR USA has sole discretion to determine manufacturer's defects. The Swarm Warranty policy does not cover loss or theft. Cosmetic damage or changes that leave the product still in a functional condition, damage from improper use or intentional damages are also not covered by the warranty and will not be accepted. Items that have been modified or in any way altered from the original condition are not covered by the Swarm Warranty.
Eyewear lenses are fully covered by a 1 year scratch warranty. If you scratch or damage your lenses within 1 year of purchasing, we will send you up to 1 pair of replacement lenses. This warranty only applies to the original purchase and not subsequent replacements. You also qualify for **20% off replacement lenses for life.
