STNGR USA Shipping Policies

BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY 2020

  • Due to high order volume, it will take 1-5 business days for orders placed during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale period to be fulfilled and to leave the fulfillment center for shipping. The shipping time begins after the order has been picked up by the shipping service (USPS or FedEx) and has left the fulfillment center. This means that it may take 1-5 business days after order placement before you are emailed a tracking number.
  • Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday during normal business hours, 9 AM to 3 PM Central Time.
  • The estimated shipping time begins after the item is in possession of the shipping service (FedEx or USPS).
  • Due to ITAR restrictions we only ship within the United States.

Below are the shipping policies provided by FedEx, UPS, and USPS for their specific services. These dates are valid for orders within the United States.

FedEx Service Estimated Shipping Time Price Notes

SmartPost

Per FedEx: Typically 2–7+ business days based on the distance to your destination (longer time in transit outside the contiguous 48 states). This is not a date-definite service and shipping times may be longer.

Free for orders over $50

Standard shipping option.

Per FedEx: 100 percent U.S. coverage, including service to Alaska and Hawaii; Puerto Rico; Guam; U.S. Virgin Islands; all U.S. territories; P.O. boxes; and military APO, FPO and DPO destinations.

FedEx 2-Day

Per FedEx: By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 8 p.m. to residences).

An additional business day may be required for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska.

No delivery to PO boxes/APO addresses.

FedEx Priority Overnight

Per FedEx: Next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. to some rural or remote areas; by noon, 1:30 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays.

Deliveries to and from select ZIP codes in Alaska and Hawaii may differ from stated delivery times in the contiguous U.S. For additional details about Alaska and Hawaii, please see FedEx Alaska and Hawaii.

USPS Priority

Important Notes

  • FedEx only process packages on business days (Monday-Friday). Saturday delivery may be available, but is not guaranteed.
  • The day that your package ships is not included as a day in transit (Example: If a package ships Friday evening via FedEx 2-Day, it will be delivered on Tuesday afternoon).
  • FedEx does not ship to PO boxes, so all orders with a PO box as the delivery address will be shipped through SmartPost or USPS - even if FedEx is selected at checkout.
  • If free shipping is chosen at checkout, we reserve the right to select the shipping service (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) with equivalent delivery time.
  • Estimated shipping timelines are estimations only. Once an order leaves our facility, it is no longer controlled by STNGR and is in the hands of the selected carrier. We do not have control over carrier delays or late shipments, however, we will work with you to get your package delivered to you.
  • Once packages have been delivered, neither STNGR nor the shipping service can be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please use the tracking information to monitor the delivery of the package and arrange for it to be brought inside as soon as it is delivered to avoid the possibility of loss or theft. If your package is marked as delivered but you are unable to locate it, please check around your residence first and then check with your neighbors to see if it was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. If it is still unable to be located, please call the shipment service (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to get in touch with the driver who delivers your packages and ask if they remember where they delivered the package.
