STNGR USA Shipping Policies


  • Allow 1-2 business days (M-F) from the time of order placement for your order to be processed and shipped out.
  • We ship from our North Texas warehouse.
  • The estimated shipping time begins after the item is in possession of the shipping service (FedEx or USPS).
  • Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday during normal business hours, 9 AM to 3 PM Central Time.
  • Due to ITAR restrictions we only ship within the United States.

Below are the shipping policies provided by FedEx and USPS for their specific services. These dates are valid for orders within the 50 US states.

FedEx Service Estimated Shipping Time Price Notes

FedEx 2-Day

Per FedEx: By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 8 p.m. to residences).

An additional business day may be required for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska.

FedEx Priority Overnight

Per FedEx: Next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. to some rural or remote areas; by noon, 1:30 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays.

Deliveries to and from select ZIP codes in Alaska and Hawaii may differ from stated delivery times in the contiguous U.S. For additional details about Alaska and Hawaii, please see FedEx Alaska and Hawaii.

USPS Priority

3-4+ business days (processing time can vary)

Free for orders of $50 or more.

For shipping to Puerto Rico; Guam; U.S. Virgin Islands; all U.S. territories; P.O. boxes; and military APO, FPO and DPO destinations.

It will take about 2 business days from the time of pickup for the tracking information to initially update and show movement.

USPS First Class

3-5+ business days (processing time can vary)

$3.93 for orders under $50.

Free for orders of $50 or more.

For shipping to Puerto Rico; Guam; U.S. Virgin Islands; all U.S. territories; P.O. boxes; and military APO, FPO and DPO destinations.

Important Notes

  • FedEx only process packages on business days (Monday-Friday). Saturday delivery may be available, but is not guaranteed.
  • The day that your package ships is not included as a day in transit (Example: If a package ships Friday evening via FedEx 2-Day, it will be delivered on Tuesday afternoon).
  • Estimated shipping times are estimations only. Once an order leaves our facility, it is no longer controlled by STNGR and is in the hands of the selected carrier. We do not have control over carrier delays or late shipments, but we will work with you to get your package delivered to you. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • FedEx does not ship to PO boxes, so all orders with a PO box as the delivery address will be shipped through USPS - even if FedEx is selected at checkout.
  • If free shipping is chosen at checkout, we reserve the right to select the shipping service (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) with equivalent delivery time.
  • Once packages have been delivered, neither STNGR nor the shipping service can be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please use the tracking information to monitor the delivery of the package and arrange for it to be brought inside as soon as it is delivered to avoid the possibility of loss or theft. If your package is marked as delivered but you are unable to locate it, please check around your residence first and then check with your neighbors to see if it was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. If it is still unable to be located, please call the shipment service (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to get in touch with the driver who delivers your packages and ask if they remember where they delivered the package. Once an order leaves our facility, it is no longer controlled by STNGR and is in the hands of the selected carrier. We do not have control over lost or stolen packages, but we will work with you to get your package delivered to you.
  • *Delivery signature confirmation is required on overnight shipments and orders over $250 to ensure proper delivery and customer reception. If you will not be at your residence to sign for it, we recommend sending your item to your place of business so that you will be available to sign.
