OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID IN RHODE ISLAND, NEW YORK, FLORIDA, AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS, RULES, AND REGULATIONS APPLY.

STNGR Giveaways are operated by STNGR ("Sponsor"), located at 5450 Quam Ave NE, Suite 140, St. Michael, MN 55376.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must submit an entry through the official online giveaway form at https://www.stngrusa.com/giveaways/ and complete any email verification or fraud-prevention requirements established by Sponsor.
Entries must meet all requirements specified in these Official Rules to be eligible. Incomplete, inaccurate, or noncompliant entries may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted during the Sweepstakes Period. Participants may not use multiple email addresses, identities, accounts, or devices to circumvent entry limitations.
Any fraudulent activity, automated entry, or attempt to manipulate the Sweepstakes may result in immediate disqualification.
ELIGIBILITY AND LIMITATIONS
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, New York, and Florida, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and meet any higher minimum age required by applicable law to legally receive, own, and possess all items included in the prize.
For any Sweepstakes that includes a suppressor, entrants must be at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.
Entrants must be legally eligible to receive, own, and possess all prize items under applicable federal, state, and local laws. Eligibility must remain valid from the time of entry through prize delivery.
Prize awards are subject to verification of eligibility and completion of any legally required background checks, permits, licenses, registrations, waiting periods, and transfer approvals.
Sponsor may request documentation to verify eligibility. If a potential winner does not meet these requirements, that individual will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected according to these Official Rules.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, and other entities involved in administering the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate or win.
Immediate family members, including spouses, parents, siblings, and children, and individuals residing in the same household as any excluded person are also ineligible.
Anyone who has won a prize in a sweepstakes sponsored by STNGR during the twelve (12) months preceding the start date of the Sweepstakes is not eligible to win.
Void in Rhode Island, New York, Florida, and wherever prohibited by law.
PRIZE(S)
Sponsor will select one (1) winner through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each eligible participant is limited to one (1) entry.
The winner is responsible for all costs associated with accepting, transferring, maintaining, and using the prize, including applicable taxes, FFL transfer fees, background check fees, licenses, permits, ammunition, and other associated expenses.
Prizes may not be transferred to another individual before being awarded.
If a potential winner cannot legally accept or receive the advertised prize due to applicable laws in their state of residence, Sponsor may offer an alternative prize of equal or lesser value that is legal in that jurisdiction, at Sponsor's sole discretion.
No cash alternative or prize substitution is permitted except where expressly authorized by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or lesser value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will issue applicable tax reporting forms as required by law.
Sponsor will not ship prizes outside the United States.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
A potential winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The potential winner will be contacted at the email address provided during entry within three (3) business days following the drawing.
To claim the prize, the potential winner must complete and return any required declaration of eligibility, liability/publicity release, and IRS Form W-9, if applicable, within seven (7) days of receiving notification.
The potential winner must also satisfy all legal requirements for receiving and possessing the prize.
If the notification is undeliverable, the requested documents are not returned within the specified period, or the potential winner is determined to be ineligible or in violation of these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited.
Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
If Sponsor is unable to award the prize after attempting to contact three (3) potential winners, the prize may remain unawarded.
Unclaimed or returned prizes will not be awarded. If a prize is forfeited after a winner has been officially confirmed and awarded the prize, no alternate winner will be selected.
RELEASE AND CONSENT
By submitting content as part of an entry, including photographs, videos, text, or other materials, participants grant Sponsor and its authorized representatives, licensees, successors, and assigns the right, where permitted by law, to reproduce, publish, distribute, broadcast, and otherwise use the submitted content.
This permission also extends to the participant's name, likeness, image, voice, statements, and biographical information for advertising, publicity, promotional, and related purposes in any media, worldwide and in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notice, review, or consent.
Participants represent and warrant that any submitted content is their original work and does not infringe upon the intellectual property or proprietary rights of any third party.
Entries that violate these requirements may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Participants are responsible for any claims arising from infringement or alleged infringement associated with their submitted content and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless STNGR against related claims, losses, damages, expenses, and liabilities.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, viruses, errors, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromise the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes.
If such circumstances occur, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before or after any corrective action, as appropriate.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone suspected of tampering with the entry process, interfering with the operation of the Sweepstakes or its website, or violating these Official Rules.
Sponsor may invalidate entries associated with suspicious activity, including multiple entries from different email addresses or IP addresses, excessive entries from the same device, or use of bots, scripts, macros, or other automated entry methods.
Any deliberate attempt to damage a website or interfere with the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal or civil laws.
Sponsor reserves the right to pursue damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
PRIVACY
By entering the Sweepstakes, participants acknowledge that Sponsor may collect and process personal information in accordance with the STNGR Privacy Policy, available at https://www.stngrusa.com/privacy-policy/.
Marketing communications from Sponsor are subject to applicable consent requirements. Participants may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time using the provided opt-out instructions.
Opting out of marketing communications will not affect a participant's eligibility or chances of winning.
Sharing with Giveaway Partners
Sponsor may share personal information submitted through the entry form, including name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and other provided information, with applicable sponsors, promotional partners, and co-presenters of the Sweepstakes (collectively, "Giveaway Partners"), subject to applicable privacy laws and consent requirements.
Giveaway Partners may use this information for authorized administrative and marketing purposes, including communications by email, SMS/MMS, telephone, or mail, where legally permitted.
The identity of Giveaway Partners may change between Sweepstakes promotions.
Partner Policies and Opt-Out
Information shared with Giveaway Partners will be processed in accordance with applicable law and the relevant Partner's privacy policy.
Participants may opt out of promotional communications from individual Giveaway Partners by following their respective unsubscribe or opt-out instructions.
Unsubscribing from Sponsor communications does not automatically unsubscribe a participant from communications sent independently by Giveaway Partners, and vice versa.
Data Processing and Transfers
Personal information may be transferred to Sponsor's authorized partners and service providers for administration, verification, fulfillment, and other disclosed purposes, subject to applicable privacy and data protection requirements.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to release Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, advertising partners, and promotional partners (collectively, the "Released Parties") from liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, transfer, or use of the prize.
This includes claims involving personal injury, property damage, loss, or other damages associated with the Sweepstakes or prize.
Participants also release Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), and other applicable social media platforms from liability arising from the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor makes no guarantees concerning the quality, functionality, or suitability of the prize and disclaims applicable warranties to the extent permitted by law.
Sponsor is not responsible for inaccurate information, technical failures, interrupted communications, website errors, delayed or lost entries, unauthorized access, or other problems that may interfere with entry submission or Sweepstakes administration.
This includes issues involving internet connections, email services, mobile devices, software, hosting platforms, and other related technologies.
Sponsor is not responsible for fraudulent conduct by participants or third parties. Any participant found engaging in prohibited activity may be disqualified and forfeit any prize awarded, subject to applicable law.
If the Sweepstakes cannot operate as intended due to circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes and select a winner from eligible entries as appropriate.
In the event of a dispute concerning an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used at registration.
The authorized account holder is the individual assigned the email address by the relevant internet service provider, email service provider, or other organization responsible for the address.
DISPUTES
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes must be resolved individually rather than through a class action.
All matters concerning the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Participants agree to submit disputes to courts of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, participants waive claims for punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and attorneys' fees, except for actual out-of-pocket expenses associated with entering the Sweepstakes.
If any provision of these Official Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
GENERAL
The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, or any other social media platform used to promote or share the Sweepstakes.
Participants acknowledge that information submitted through the Sweepstakes is provided to STNGR and not directly to these social media platforms.
